North Florida Clean Fuels

The Coalition has official designation from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Cities Program and receives funding for these efforts. We are staffed and supported by the North Florida TPO, and serve Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties.

We are “fuel neutral,” meaning that we recognize that a variety of alternative fuels are required to meet the needs of consumers, businesses and government organizations.

Our staff and board work with stakeholders, businesses, non-profits and partner agencies to implement local, state and federal initiatives that advance clean fuels.

Our Mission

To reduce petroleum consumption by increasing alternative fuels, vehicles and infrastructure diversity in North Florida while enhancing the region’s economic competitiveness and quality of life. The Coalition does this through outreach, education and strategic investment.

Our Vision

North Florida residents, businesses, governments and organizations embrace alternative fuels as a viable, easy, accessible and beneficial choice for fueling transportation.
